I visited Kyoto on the weekend of April 12-13, 2014, and enjoyed literally the floral city of Kyoto. Here's the photo from Kamo river.

Compared with sakura in Tokyo, sakura in Kyoto has better-arranged petals, I thought.

When you visit Kyoto, you will find not only pink sakura, but also white sakura. Here's the white sakura along the river.

Some of the sakura blossoms had indeed fallen. But they, instead, showed a vivid red color in the sky.

Even if without sakura, Kyoto has the beauty of nature. Here's the awesomely beautiful green road from Shimogamo Shrine, one of the world heritages.

Ah...I shouldn't forget about narrow paths of Kyoto. They are well-orderd and impressive, and fun to walk on.

This temple is well-known for its white sakura. As the sakura was fully blossomed, I found many visitors in this temple of the mountainous area.

The areas off the center of Kyoto city also have a lot of must-see beautiful sakura spots. Here's one.

Both sides of the street have fully blossomed sakura. It must be awesomely great to go through by car.

Such beautiful scenes are also one of the lovely points of the floral town.

Sakura is, of course, not the only beauty of Kyoto. Here's the photo of beautiful Otonashi-no-taki Fall. It literally means the fall without sound. But to tell the truth, I heard much sound, haha.

At night, Kyoto shows its another figure. Kamo River remains quite silent.

And the city of Kyoto also shines in silence.
Good night, and good bye to the floral town of Kyoto.
