I used to work near this building before so I had seen these illuminations quite often. I was like being fed up with seeing them. And once I moved from here, I naturally lost any opportunities to see them.
This is why the miracle happened to me. I had a chance to come here at night by accident, and happened to walk nearby. Then, I was astonished how bright Caretta Shiodome is at night in winter. The light is simply brighter than any of the illuminations I have seen around Shinjuku. The colors look magical and wonderful. I understand how gorgeous illuminations of Caretta Shiodome are because I moved from here.
Once you enter into the world of blue, the feeling of happiness will fulfill your body. It's totally free. Please go and enjoy yourself.
