Sudden Encounter at Shinjuku Central Park

I encountered a statue like this. The name is Eco Prince. He is a mascot of Environmental Studies and Information Center at Shinjuku Central Park. I was a bit surprised because he suddenly appeared inside an ordinary park full of green. They say that this center often holds various exhibitions of arts like photography, calligraphy, paintings, etc. I will visit and enjoy it someday.
