Preparation for Suehiro Summer Festival

I found an interesting sign from the train and got off at the next station, Kugahara. Suehiro Shops Association seems to hold a summer festival soon. Maybe next Sunday? But, I am quite surprised that I cannot find any information on the internet.

Anyway, I love this warm atmosphere.
