Illuminations Street in Otemachi were Full of People and Cars

Quite dazzling!

I came to Otemachi to see the famous illuminations. And the street is fairly long, and the illuminations are quite bright.

Plus, there were many people walking along the illuminations even at 22 o'clock. Well, the pedestrians were not that important. Long exposure can make most of the people invisible. The problem is the cars.

There were quite a few cars running in the street. They gave very strong light to my camera, which broke the sparkling atmosphere of the illuminations. I ended up trying my best to remove the roadway from the photo.

Hmm... this illuminations street is not for photographers but for pedestrians and drivers.
