I happened to see a certain poster at a bulletin board of Gotanda Station, which says "Bum Bun BLau Cafe was nominated to the Restaurant guide of Shinagawa Ward". At that time, I didn't know even the name of this ramen restaurant. But it is quite rare to see a poster of ramen restaurants at the board. It is interesing. I gotta go!
The official name of this restaurant is "Bum Bun BLau Cafe with BeeHive". To my surprise, this ramen restaurant offers ramen with Aguu pork, which is a rare delicious pork of Okinawa. I ordered a soy source ramen with Aguu pork, eggs, wontons and roasted pork fillets. (Wonton is a Chinese flour dumplings with meat stuffing.) This is called "Zenbu-no-se", which literally means all the options are added"
Here it is! Ohh... the porks are delicious, of course. But my biggest surprise was the noodles. Each of the noodles has good soy source tastes in it. I mean, the soy source and the noodle go along quite well in this ramen dish. The Zenbu-no-se must make you full.
The inside of the restaurant was another surprise. It doesn't look like a ramen restaurant at all. It is rather a good-looking cafe where girls are talking over some drinks and desserts. I've found a good interesting restaurant!
