Let's Make Tohoku Flowers Bloom in the Street!

Flower Bed in Shinjuku from Tohoku Region

I found a flower bed saying "Let's Make Tohoku Flowers Bloom in the Street" around Shinjuku Metropolitan Tower. This is intended for supporting the stricken area of Great East Japan Earthquake and promoting regional exchanges by planting various flowers from Tohoku region in the street.

Pentas lanceolata was blooming there. It's fun to see the street full of pretty flowers.
